Meghan's Cinderella Castle
Had a neighbor's relative call me to do a Cinderella cake for her 3 year-old so this is my very first attempt at it. Let me say that I definately undercharged!! Since I'm so OCD and such a perfectionist, I have over 10 hours in this cake plus baking and making icing. It is a 10" round WASC made with the White Chocolate Raspberry Creamer and my cream cheese icing. I was so worried about the towers falling that I doweled but I don't like that you can see them in the windows.

Great cake!! how much did you charge? If you don't mind my asking. I am curious because I need to make a castle cake and don't know exactly how much to charge. I love your details what are the turrets made from and how did you get the dowels to stay centered? :D
