really proud of this one! its my boyfriends moms birthday cake. she asked for flowers and does flower arranging so a basket of flowers seemed ideal. it was my first time using buttercream. i used chocolate buttercream and basketweave to make the basket. the flowers and the millions of leaves were made from fondant (maybe not millions but it felt like it lol) under the leaves is padded with aluminium foil to hold the leaves up from the surface of the cake (if i was to make it again id buy a half ball tin)
