hi well I read, you just use the kiss in the middle ,cause it looks just like the shape of the first tip you used to make roses,but this cake it is beautiful! can you please tell me what kind of chocolate frosting u used?

I never reolized that a ready made frosting can work so well. Beautiful, just beautiful!

Thanks for all of your nice comments! maisza is right - the hersey's kiss is just a substitute for a base. I used the betty crocker rich and creamy milk chocolate frosting for the whole cake. To get it to the consistency that I wanted I put it in the refridgerator if I wanted it stiffer (for the roses) and then let it sit out longer for the basketweave and borders. I had to be creative because this was the only frosting that they liked!
