Mickey Mouse Grooms Cake

This was done at my job, I was in charge of designing the strawberries and doing the topper. The tips were supposed to be striped, but the pastry chef said that it was better they weren't, so that's why there are how you see them. The close up is the next picture. It's a cheesecake with buttercream icing, and the mickey head is cake and mousse covered in chocolate clay with chocolate ears.

Oh this looks so yummy! Very attractive design too! What was used for the chocolateover the tops and sides? I can see this used for a grroms cake even without the other embellishments. Very nice!

It's just chocolate ganache...cooled down, and poured on top and let run down the sides
