In album: football
This was for an after rehearsal wedding party. The bride and groom liked different teams, so... "The Joining of Forces". The helmets are cake covered with BC. The face masks are gumpaste.

Wow that is really great. And I love the lettering - is it just one frosting over the other? Could you send me instructions on how to make one of these helmet cakes? ashley.rovenski@gmail.com. I bet the couple loved it!

This is exactly what my sister and fiance-in-law want for his grooms cake. If you don't mind, could you also send me instructions on the helmet cakes? JennaAiken@carolina.rr.com. I'd really like to avoid sticking plastic helmets on the top of the cake. This one looks great!!!!

Great job, what size pans did you use?

These helmets are 2 - 6" round layers with the Wilton sports ball pan on top. The bottom is a 1/2 sheet cake.
