To be honest with you - I figured these out on my ow. Use heart shaped cutters for the petal and roll it out. I would love lessons though!
These are the best Calla Lilly's I have seen. My daughter's name is Calla and I have been looking for ideas for her 18th birthday (and someday her wedding) Definetly going into my favorites!

The stamen are just rolls of fondant.
