Phantom Of The Opera on Cake Central

I've always loved Phantom of the Opera. I decided to make my own Phantom cake this year. I used Wilton's sweetheart pan. I made the roses out of MMF and used regular buttercream frosting for the rest. I went very simple and I think it came out okay!

I tried making it with white chocolate. I used the plastic mask as a mold. It just didn't look the same, so I stuck with the plastic version. I like the bright white mask. My chocolate one was more of a cream color.
