Stack Of Law Books
This was done for family, and I totally wasn't that happy with it--I was late for the party and really rushed with the last bit of stacking and decorating. It was giant--7 x 9, 9 x 13 and 11 x 15 all 2-layer, and had white with lemon, white with raspberry, and chocolate with cherry filling. It was a hit, but I see a lot wrong...*shrug*--well, it was FREE...so hey...

Haha--If you look at the left edge of the bottom cake, I FORGOT to pipe the shell border--DH was waiting in the truck to deliver it.
My first teacher said that as the maker we only see our mistakes, others only see the awesome cake that they could never do!
I agree...we are way too critical of ourselves...i think it's awesome...particularly that you were in a rush, and still managed to do 2 layers, different filling flavors, and did such a fabulous job decorating...you handle pressure well!!!
How did you do those pages? They look perfect! I think you did an AWESOME job!
