sorry, I just saw your question. My cakepan came with a dough recipe that is slightly thicker then the cakemixes, so the colors won't mix into each other after pulling the divider out. they tell you to divide the dought, but I have to admit, that I am always short on one or the other color...
I have a question I have never used mine, do you make another cake for the other pan or do you divide what batter you have into three pans...I think it would be too thin if I just divided, so I was wondering.
