Baked in an 11x14 inch oval tin and cut to shape. Dark choc mud. Covered in a layer of dark choc ganache and red fondant. All decorations made with gumpaste.

This cake is just wonderful...i have never worked with ganache but I would love to try!!! Way to go! btw, how long did it take to get your fondant that shade of red??
steffla, i buy the red fondant that colour ; ), it would take a lot of heartache to get it that red. In Australia the brand of red fondant that i use is Orchard.
