How do you fill them? I have the recipe for twinkie filling, but I don't know how to fill them.

To fill them I use a long round tube, I think its called a bismark tube but I don't know the number. Poke a hole in the center of the cupcake, swirl the tube gently (to make a bigger pocket) and then fill with whatever filling. They are really yummy!
