i think the shine was an accident !! I used wilton foil for the cake board.. I know that helped but the rest was from water... When I put on the fondant I attaced it with water and it made it shine ! the orange is shinny b/c i used the easy mmf recipie on here and I dont think i put in enough powdered sugar ! so it was kinda stickey ~! but i guess accidents happen for a reason =)
