Dr. Patel's B'day Cake
Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing, fresh strawberry and whipped cream filling, 6" and 12" hexagon pans, tuxedo strawberries using Wilton candy melts. I surprised my surgeon with a cake for his birthday and as I was walking away I saw the other doctors and nurses gathered around waiting for their piece of cake. As I went around the corner, I caught a glimpse of my surgeon reaching for the top strawberry and all I heard was,"MMMMMMMMMM"!

I used the stabilized whipped cream recipe here on this site. I will PM you the recipe.
what type of white chocolate did you use on these strawberries? It is so white.
I used the Wilton white candy melts. I guess it's just the contrast of the white and the chocolate. Hope this helps! ;-D
