This was a cake I made for my friend for Mother's Day. This was the first time I worked with fondant to make a drape. I wanted to attempt a plaid feel to it. I think it came out ok. I saw the dragonflys on CC (sorry can't remember who) Hers were MUCH better. The sunflowers were my attempt at creating something from buttercream. I'm pretty pleased with the overall look.
