Course 1 Final Cake
I really like how this turned out! Roses are much easier than I thought! My only problem was that my frosting kept melting, so my roses (even tho they had been in the fridge for 5 days) kept losing petals. Oh well.

Good job! First roses are tricky, I always do the fondant roses from course 3 now as they store so much better.
