I made this cake using a 5, 8, and a 10 inch. I was trying that wilton's icer tip instead of Toba's method. It was to hard going back to Toba's way.

It's using a 18 tip and going up and down the cake evenly, then taking a hot dry knife to smooth the cake and remove extra icing. Her book the Well Decorated Cake shows you how. Amazon.com has a good buy. OH Yeah!! The flowers were from Kroger, I just made big blobs of icing and stuck the flower inside of them instead of the cake.
