This is a chocolate mousse cake, covered with chocolate ganache. though I did not make the cake, I was asked to decorate it in a Harry Potter theme. I decided to make the Coat of Arms for the Hogwarts School of Magic, all out of chocolate. The receipent of the cake refused to cut through the image, removed the chocolate plaque & kept it in the fridge for weeks!

I love the plaque! Great Job. I would love to try this sometime. Where did you get the pattern?
