Scrabble Cake
this cake was a ton of fun. it was made for an avid scrabble fan. we used fondant to cover the sides and top, and then i piped the lines in royal icing, then thinned out the royal icing to fill in the "double/triple word/letter" scores. Score sheet and letter rack are made of gumpaste. I heard it went over well at the birthday party and that they had a hard time cutting into it. :)
Oh, and all the letters are gumpaste as well. I used edible marker to write on them

This is Awesome and I'm swiping the idea for my mother-in-law's 70th Birthday! How did you get the letters on the tiles so neat? :D
