This was a special request by an egg allergic mallowmars fan. The cake consistes of three layers of eggless devils food cake witha marshmallow flavored icing/filling, wrapped in dark chocolate and topped with mallowmars.
I spread the melted chocolate on parchment strips and refrigerated it until it was a soft set then the cake was wrapped and returned to refrigerator until set. :roll:
