Buttercream in light royal blue, daisies out of royal icing with edible glitter, filled with raspberry buttercream. From Wilton Course book II. This cake could really be used for several occasions...but i made it for my SIL wedding anniversary

I should have mentioned that i am very new to decorating and the daisies were VERY difficult for me...i'm not sure if it's because i'm left-handed, but no matter what I did (Truly trying to stick with the instructions)...it just didn't seem quite right....Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Love the blue color. I make my daisies with fondant rolled out and dried in the same flower former. I use buttercream for the yellow center. Much faster and the cutter is cleaner.

I'm making this cake also this weekend. I see that your tip was upside down on some daisies...how do I know??? I did the same thing!!!! I kinda like them both ways

i had the hardest time with these...i'm debating on taking the other suggestion and using fondant daisies instead..i'm left handed and i don't know if that created the problems...but the daisies were very difficult...the icing had to be really stiff or the petals drooped...which was hard on my wrists squeezing...only fill your bag 1/2 full of that stuff, good luck!!!!! Let me know how it comes out! :)
