Mandy's Basketweave Wedding Cake

This was actually my FIRST wedding cake. I was really pleased with the way it turned out. This was a vanilla cake with raspberry filling, and the roses on top of the cake are fresh.

my mom is getting married in 7/08 and she asked me to make her wedding cake. It will be my first! This cake is simply beautiful. I seemed to have found the Perfect cake to attempt. :D
