Teacher Appreciation Day Book
I made this for my son's Pre-K teachers & Staff. The Book part is a Lemon Cake covered in Buttercream the decorations are also Butter Cream and Marshmallow Fondant. The base part of the cake, is 3 flavors, 1/3 Chocolate, 1/3 Lemon Center and 1/3 Almond White Cake all covered in Chocolate Ganache. With the help of many of your ideas. I got this done. It's been really humid hre the last few days and my fondant is still not drying out. Oh well!

My son & I delivered it this morning, We waited until his teacher was out of her morning class, Everyone was really touched, I kept on getting hugs & my son was so proud. No-one wanted to cut it, so I said I will do it. I cut 3 pieces are first, very right, left and center, then I cute just 2 rows, but it turned out really good. My son wanted a piece and then they all chipped in. It was great.

I just realized.. made a mistake in description the little people and the sign are FBCT not just BC .
What a wonderful looking cake! Great idea with the picture of the kids holding the banner and the poem. Nicely done!
