You did a remarkable job on this cake! Does your pan have these rounded corners or did you shape them yourself? You writing is wonderful and the icing job is perfect!
I used a 1/2 sheet pan, cut in 1/2 for 2 layers to make 1/4 sheet and I rounded the corners by shaping. The letter is actually chocolate transfers, with the lettering printed from my computer in reverse.
That would be great for a coal miner too! Great Idea! Going into my favs!
