Ava's Birthday Castle
This was made for a darling girl who turned 6 today. She told me she wanted a purple castle to match the princess themed jumping castle she had at her birthday party.
Bottom tier is white chocolate coconut mud with whipped white ganache, top tier is dark chocolate mud with Chambord liqueur and whipped chocolate ganache and rasberries. Covered in fondant, all the turrets, and details made with modelling paste and royal icing vines and flowers.
Well done. Very pretty
Very beautifull castle - like the way you did the turret's roof! Great job
Gorgeous work as always! I love it.
