4Th Of July Fondant
This is a stacked cake covered in MMF. The top tier is buttercake with pineapple and cream filling, and the bottom tier is chocolate cake with strawberry and cream filling. The yellow trim is buttercream in the rope technique. I did this for a community 4th party and it was a big hit!
