Ivory buttercream with fondant bows and 6 in. box top. My first atempt at fondant, it,s alot more trouble than I thought it would be.

Another Beautiful cake, I like the design! I love it! How did you get the fondant to smooth so nicely on the top corners? That is fondant overlapping the top cake, isn't it?

WOW!!!! I agree with everyone else on this one....Beautiful!!!!! What gave you the trouble while working with the fondant???

I hadnt planed on making the top lid with fondant, but the buttercream corners kept drooping, so after the 3 rd try I decided to go with the fondant. The fondant was just a lot more time consuming than I thought it would be. Thanks
