This cake was done for my grandma's birthday and is a traditional Uruguayan butter cake with dulce de leche filling. It is frosted in buttercream with buttercream roses.
Holy cow. My buttercream roses don't look that those. Do you make your buttercream roses in advance or do you make them rigt there on the spot as you are decorating the cake?
