Thanks! I used a rose tip (I think 104), and held the tip almost perpendicular to the side of the cake. Then, I just started the swag and ruffled it as I went down and back up. I know that's a terrible explanation, but I'm not sure how else to say it. :oops:
Thanks! I use a pie scraper (I think that's what it's called). It's metal and has a rolled handle and a flat edge. I just put the cake on a turntable and run the pie scraper around it. It works every time! :)
