This is a cake made with buttercream, it has garlands on the side and roses. I only used two tips to make the decoration, the star tip and the rose tip.

Thank you. I am pretty sure you can, the designs are made with star tip 16 and 18, and the flowers with royal icing and the silver ones I let dry and paint them with silver luster dust.
