Luckily, I work with a very patient wedding planner. When I delivered this cake, I was just getting over pneumonia, and stood there looking at the flowers scratching my head wondering what the ehck I could do with them. My very patient and loving friend came over and she placed all the flowers on the cake, making this a wonderful collaberation. Cake is Red Velvet with cream cheese, fondant covered with fresh flowers.
