Lovely.... How did you get that texture on your buttercream?

Thanks! I was experimenting and I just grabbed a food-safe paintbrush and used it instead of a cake comb. I was really happy with the way it turned out. I assume it would look the same on buttercream as it did on this whipped cream cake.

I have a friend asking me to do her wedding cake (my first) and the whipped cream frosting is her favorite. I was afraid of even attempting it. Seeing yours gives me hope. It's beautiful!

puddinpop ... I'm glad I was able to give you some hope! Just make sure your whipped cream is very stable and keep it refrigerated until you set up the wedding cake. You should be OK!! Good luck!
