I was hired to do this wedding this past weekend. All cakes are covered with butter cream icing. Two are bannana nut cakes, two more are red velvet cakes , and the last two are choclate cakes I really thought that it turned out well being that i had stressed about it all month. I really felt great when both the bride and the groom said not only did the cakes look great but that they tasted great as well. They don't know that means so much to me. All the work was well worth it.
