This burger and fries cake was made for a BBQ at a friends house. The fries are made from fondant and airbrushed. The bun is made with a yellow cake, covered in fondant and airbrushed to give that hamburger bun look. The patty was made from cubing one baked chocolate cake and mixing with chocolate buttercream frosting and molding it into a patty shaped and dried. The lettuce and cheese are both fondant. The cheese was glossy after I coated it with corn syrup. Then I piped on the sesame seeds to finish
