In album: chocolate
This cake was done in March of '05. This is why I decided to start taking classes. I opened up my big mouth and told my best friend that I would take care of the Groom's cake for her wedding. I had no clue how to decorate cakes, just opened my mouth before I realized it! It turned out so pretty that I had to learn more and see where it will take me. So far, since this cake, I've only made maybe 6 cakes (that includes the Course I Beginner's final class cake and the Course II final cake).
