By the way, forgot to mention this...this was a "saved" cake. The entire back side of the cake collapsed. Almost everything that could go wrong with this cake, did go wrong! This was my 3rd cake ever! I didn't get it very smooth, my lettering was awful (even with the lettering kit!), and to cover the collapsed side, I used a handful of toothpicks, a heap of icing and covered it with daisies!
It doesn't look bad to me, so you did a good job of 'saving' the cake. I like the colors. I've had a Wilton Class I and my lettering doesn't look that good!
