Little Einstein Birthday Cake
I used a 19X13X2 sheet pan for bottom layer. For the rocket, I used one side of the round sports ball pan stacked on top of a 8 X 1 inch round cake. I covered twinkies with icing for the rockets. I used fondant for the butterflies and the rocket antenna and fins. I used candies for the headlights. For the einstein kids, I printed them off the computer and laminated them for my cake toppers. I even made one of my little girl, since she was a Little Einstein for the day at her birthday party!
