Wedding Cake Law Enforcement

This wedding cake was a pleasure to do. The bride and groom requested no flowers on the cake. It was decorated using only tips 18 & 22 with buttercream frosting. Each tier was a different flavor: lemon pound, pineapple, chocolate fudge and manderin orange pound cake.

What an amazing cake, nice scroll work. It is gorgeous without flowers. I never thought I would like one for a wedding without, but this is great. I would also love your recipes for the pineapple and the mandarin pound cake if you could email them to me. My daughters wedding is next month and we still haven't decided on the flavors.
