Pink & White Tiered Anniversary Cake W/cornelli Lace & Fondant Roses
I did this for a friend's open house and celebration of her first year in business. The bottom is a two layer 9" round covered in white satin ice fondant and then cornelli lace over that. The top layer is two layer 6" cake covered in pink fondant. The roses are made of fondant as well with a bead border.
