Bet they loved it! Forgive me, but what is Tiramisu style?
m0use 7/4/06 at 6:50am
I made the Tiramisu cakes with 3 layers( plain, plain mixed with instant coffee, plain) in between the layers the filling was made with mascarpone cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, and coffee flavored liquer. It's not a true tiramisu since I couldn't use the frosting that traditionally went with the cake, since that was too soft to decorate with, so everything got decorated in buttercream. This cake was set up at the Seven Seas Restaurant in Delafield WI located on Lake Nagawicka.
