I made this cake for a friend at work, it's her birthday tomorrow and this is for our morning tea. It's a buttercake, with caramel, cream and peaches. Covered in fondant and buttercream roses and swirls.
Inspired by the beautiful cakes made at New York's Cupcake Cafe.
