First Sold Decorated Cake
This is an 11 x 15 two layer (torted) cake filled and frosted with Whipped Cream Buttercream (recipe from this site...it's awesome!). All of my sales are desserts and small sweet trays. This is the first decorated cake I sold. So far, I've completed both Course I & II of the Wilton classes. This is so much fun, but lots of work!
