would you shrae your secret to such realistic roses...they are the prettiest i've ever seen....are they fondant???buttercream???

They are royal icing. I use two shades of color....two bags, both fitted with tip 104 on these...the darker for the base and first row and the lighter for the remainder of the petals. You get the same depth with buttercream and fondant.
