I made this saturday, july 1st for my moms 25th anniversary. It was an honor for me to do this. It took three days. I baked all day Thursday, frosteded all day Friday and set up all morning on Saturday. Two layers are chocolate, one yellow, the middle is yellow filled with strawberry and the bottem is filled with pineapple ( my signiture filling). The top cake is a 12", next is a 16" and the bottom was 4 - 10" to = 20 x 20. The side cakes were an 8" on top of a 12". Icing is buttercream.

That's beautiful! How do you get your edges so sharp? Great job!

The black edges are just ribbons from my local craft store and the cake, well I have perfectionist issues, (don't we all) Lol. I actually used the paper towel method to smooth every thing and the edges along the way.
