I went to a local store to interview for a cake decorating position - didn't get it, but this was my attempt. They didn't give me a theme or anything - just said "go at it". Their icing was soooo disgusting & soft - I have NO IDEA how you are supposed to make roses out of thin icing..... it was just disgusting and I was kinda happy I didn't get the job.
