this is the same cake i posted about a week ago.. but after i added the shells.  i don't know how to delete the other one so i guess you can see before and after and decide if you want shells or not! LOL. in my opinion they really helped the boring beach.

the wave is actually a carved styrofoam block (the mom said that part didnt' have to be edible) covered in 3 or 4 different blues and green butter cream with tips of white
