Black And White Wedding Cake
This is taken from a Wendy Kromer design. a dummy cake made for a bridal expo this weekend, 12 inch base, 9 inch middle and 6 inch top, covered in fondant and handpiped black royal icing details. the thin ribbons are attached to the fondant by wetting them and then just placing them on, very easy.

I'm assuming that the "very easy" implies putting the ribbon on ... not decorating the cake!! I would love to watch you do this cake ... I could never hold still long enough to actually make it! :D Which is a shame, becasue I have a black and white wedding coming up and this would be perfect!
