Phantom Of The Opera
Devil's food cake with cream cheese/chocolate/toffee chip filling. Chocolate MM fondant covered, sprayed black. Mask is white chocolate and rose is gumpaste (I bought that ~ no way I could make one that perfect!) Fondant "cord" is lining the base of the top layer, painted with gold accents. Cake was over 25 pounds and gave me a bad back!

This is BEAUTIFUL & great set up. My 5 year old twins had a Phantom party last year, wish I had seen this last year. I had such a hard time with the cake. Good job!
