Haselnutcake, torted and filled with carnberrypreserve and whipped chocolateganache, covered with a freshcheese/whippedcream with eggnog and decorated with choc clay cutouts. Made it just for fun for my hubby, now I hope he makes it in time for teatime, he had to go in to work today.
