This is so pretty. A perfect 1st birthday cake! Your BC icing is so perfect. I'm still struggling with perfecting mine...okay so I have a long way to go! What method did you use to ice it? Thanks!

And the method I use is the take off method (put on more icing than you need using the large icing tip and take off to smooth), spatula under hot water for top and edges, plaster scraper/spreader for the sides while turning turntable and viva paper towel w/Wilton's fondant smoother.
