Graduation Cake
This cake was for a three college graduates, they wanted something simple that would work well for male and female. This is one of my first cakes for hire, Please let me know any tips. I'm so thankfull for this web site!

I think you did a good job! Maybe some curling ribbons or "confetti"? Neutral graduation cakes can be difficult if they don't give you much to go on. You did good! What is the hat made of?
Thank You! The hat was a six inch chocolate cake covered in fondant for the base and a piece of cardboard covered in black material for the top. The only instructions they gave me for this cake was they didn't want it very fancy or foofy, but confetti would've been great!
